|Wild garlic pesto|wild garlic|50g wild garlic25g shallots roughly chopped25g walnuts or pine nuts100ml olive oil25g parmesan grated|Sort through the wild garlic leaves and discard any tough stalks. Put all the ingredients except the cheese in a blender and blend till a smooth paste.Add the cheese. Taste and adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper.If storing spoon into jars press down leaving a gap at the top of the jar to add more olive oil. This will stop the pesto from oxidising. Store in the fridge.|10.00 minutes|1|
