|Veggie Bean Burgers|potatoes|300g barlotti beans cooked and mashed400g potatoes cooked and mashed1 cloves of garlic crushed1 tablespoon sunflower oilpinch of ground cuminpinch of ground corrianderpinch of chilli flakes4 tablespoon sesame seeds or bread crumbs1 teaspoon lemon juice|Mix all the ingredients (except for the sesame seeds) together in a bowl. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Divide the mixture into 4 parts shape into balls and flatten slightly. Coat in sesame seeds or breadcrumbs.Heat the oven to 200C. Drizzle the oil onto a baking tray. place the burgers on the tray coat the bottoms with oil turn over and coat again. Bake for 20 mins turning over half way through.|30.00 minutes|1|
