It went down well with all ages.|mint red chilli spring onion|4 tablespoon flour1 tablespoon tomato puree¼ teaspoon nutmeg¼ teaspoon cayenne1 teaspoon paprika1 teaspoon cumin1 red chilli chopped2 garlic cloves2 tablespoon mint3 spring onion250g tofu pressed to remove excess liquid|Put all ingredients except flour in a bowl mash till well combined with a potato masher.
