|Turnip gratin|turnip|1 bunch of turnips peeled and thinly sliced200ml whipping cream1 clove of garlic peeled1 sprig of thymedash white wine vinegar1 teaspoon butter|Preheat the oven to 180c. Simmer the cream garlic thyme white wine vinegar and a pinch of salt for 3 minutes. Butter a small gratin dish and layer the turnip seasoning each layer with salt and pepper.
