|Tomato Salsa|salad onion cherry tomatoes|3 salad onionsjuice of one lime500g ripe cherry tomatoes1 green chili or more if you like1 bunch of coriander¼ teaspoon salt|Finely chop the salad onions and put them in a bowl along with the juice of ½ the lime. Chop the tomatoes into rough ½cm dice and deseed and finely chop the chilli. Add to the bowl along with the roughly chopped coriander: you might want to add the chilli gradually until you achieve the desired heat. Season to taste with salt leave to sit for half an hour then serve - this sauce relies on freshness of flavour so don't make it too far ahead.|30.00 minutes|1|
