|Transform your view of earthy beetroot with this flavourful Japanese recipe|beetroot|3-4 beetroot1 tsp maple syrup2 tbsp miso3 tbsp sesame oil1 tbsp tahini3 tbsp mirinSalt to taste|Preheat the oven to 200 C.
