|Enjoy this roasted swede with honey thyme and hazelnuts as an accompaniment to a roast or with simply grilled meat or fish|swede|1 large swede cut into cubes30ml (2 tbsp) olive oil3 garlic cloves whole and unpeeled1 tbsp thyme chopped2 tbsp honey3 tbsp blanched hazelnuts roughly chopped|Preheat the oven to Gas Mark 7 220°C fan 200°C. Arrange the swede cubes on a large baking tray toss with the olive oil and season. Add the garlic and thyme and toss again. Roast for 30 minutes.Remove from the oven and toss with the honey and nuts.
