|Use the Ripple Farm stir-fry pack to create a quick and delicious meal|romano pepper|1 pack soba noodles1 tablespoon olive oil1 clove of garlic chopped1 teaspoon fresh ginger grated1 teaspoon chili flakes1 small onion sliced1 romano pepper sliced1 summer squash sliced1 Local Greens stir-fry pack2 teaspoon soy sauce2 teaspoon hoisin sauce1 teaspoon fish saucesalt and pepper to taste|Prepare the soba noodles as per the package instructionsHeat the oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Add the garlic ginger and chilli flakes. Stir frequently and cook until fragrant about 1 minuteAdd the onions peppers and squash and cook until they begin to soften about 5 minutes. Add the stir-fry leaves and allow them to wilt for 1 - 2 minutesAdd in the soy hoisin and fish sauces and mix through. Add the prepared soba noodles and stir everything together.
