|Prawn and courgette linguine|basil|1 tablespoon olive oil350g shelled king prawns100g dried linguine2 cloves of garlics crushed3 courgettes cut into thin ribbons½ a lemon juiced5 basil leaves chopped½ tablespoon chilli flakes|Cook the linguine according to the packet instructions drain and set aside.Heat the oil in a heavy-based frying pan over a medium heat add the prawns garlic and chilli flakes and cook for 3-4 minutes.Add a little water if it looks dry.
