|Ginger Tofu Pork Pak Choi Ankake Donburi style - served over rice|pak choi|3 pak choi4 tablespoon sesame oil40g sliced ginger500g minced pork400g diced tofu4 tablespoon soy sauce4 tablespoon mirin4 tablespoon sake or white wine2 tablespoon honey or soft brown sugarpinch of saltpinch of corn starch100ml water|Put sesame oil in a pan over low heat and add sliced gingerOnce ginger is starting to cook turn heat to medium-high and add minced porkWhen pork is cooked thorugh add tofuCombine in a small bowl soy sauce mirin sake or white wine honey or brown sugar and salt to create a sauce. Mix well. Pour sauce into pan and cook for three minutes on high heatAdd water to the pan and lay pak choi on top of tofu/pork mixture. Cover pan with a lid for three minutes to steam the pak choiJust before serving add corn starch around edge of the pan and gently mix inServe with grated ginger and finish with sesame oil on top. Shichimi Japanese Seven Spice is also a great topping or chill oil. Serve over rice to make it Donburi style.|0.00 minutes|4|
