|Japanese spinach seasoned in delicious sesame seeds.|komatsuna leaves|200 g komatsuna (Japanese mustard spinach)3 tbsp sesame seeds1 tbsp soy sauce1 tbsp mirin (sweet cooking rice wine)1 tsp sesame seed oil | Boil lightly salted water then add in the komatsuna. Once soft place in ice water remove and dry. Cut the komatsu into 1 cm (1/2 in) lengths from the edge and dry once again. Mash the sesame seeds in a bowl about half way add in soy sauce mirin sesame oil and mix well. Add the komatsuna to the mixture and combine well before serving. |5.00 minutes|2|Kikkoman
