|Kale Crisps|kale|1 bunch of kale1 tablespoon olive oilsea salt to taste|Preheat the oven to 150C/300F/Gas MarkRinse and dry the kale. Remove the stems and any tough centre ribs.Cut into large pieces put in a bowl and toss with the olive oil.
