|Savoy cabbage and carrots Indian style||350g savoy cabbage thinly sliced350g carrots peeled and grated1 green chilli sliced into thin strips4 tablespoon light oil such sunflower1 tablespoon black mustard seeds1 dried red chilli½ teaspoon salt½ teaspoon sugar4 tablespoon fresh corriander chopped1 tablespoon lemon juice|Heat oil in a wide frying pan. Add mustard seeds and dried red chilli. Stri till seeds pop add cabbage carrots and green chilli. Stir and mix. Add salt sugar and green corriander. Stir and cook for 5 minutes till done but still crunchy. Stir lemon juice checking seasoning and serve.|30.00 minutes|1|
