|Homemade Pizza||500g strong plain flour1 teaspoon fine sea salt7g dried yeastpinch of sugar250ml warm watermarinara saucetoppings of your choicecheese of your choice|Combine the flour salt yeast and sugar in a large bowl. Add enough water to make a dough that is smooth and slightly sticky. Tip onto floured board and knead until it is no longer sticky. Place in a floured bowl and cover with a damp clean tea towel. Leave in a warm place to rise until twice its size. Turn dough out and press down with your fist. Place pizza stone or baking sheet in over and heat to 250 degrees. Roll out and cover with toppings. Slide on to the hot stone or baking tray. Bake for 10-12 minutes until crisp and risen|30.00 minutes|1|
