|Grilled Tofu Wraps|basil carrots habanero pepper mint radish red cabbage red onion|1 block firm tofu marinated¼ cup soy sauce plus 2 tablespoons2 tablespoon sesame oil1 butter lettuce1 cup carrots grated1 cup red cabbage sliced thin¼ red onion sliced thin6 radishes matchsticked2 tablespoon mirin1 tablespoon fish sauce½ lime juice only1 clove garlic minced1 habanero pepper minced very finely - optionalsliced kimchibean sproutscorianderbasilmint|Mix together soy sauce (2T) mirin fish sauce lime juice garlic habanero to make the dressingMix all the veggies togetherPour the dressing over the veggies and stir together. Let it sit together for a few minutes to let the flavours blend.Slice the tofu in 3 even sized blocks. Press the blocks with paper towel to abosrb some of the liquid. Drizzle the blocks with soy sauce (2T) and sesame oil. Cook for 5 minutes per side on a very hot grill to sear.
