|Grilled Brussels Sprouts|brussels sprouts|450g brussels sprouts as uniform in size as possible2 tablespoon olive oil10g garlic crushed1 teaspoon dry mustard1 teaspoon smoked paprika1 teaspoon salt¼ teaspoon black pepper|Remove the stem end of the sprouts and any yellowing outer leavesHeat on high in microwave for 3 minutesAdd olive oil garlic mustard paprika and salt mix and allow to cool a bitSkewer 4-5 sprouts onto a metal skewer leaving 1cm space between and facing the same directionPlace skewers onto a medium heated grill with stem end closest to flame cover and cook for 5 minutesTurn and cook for another 5 minutes and serve|15.00 minutes|6|Delish
