|Crispy Seaweed|kale|0.5 teaspoon Chinese five spice0.5 teaspoon sugar0.25 teaspoon salt300g kale washed and thoroughly dried100 ml rapeseed oil for frying|Finely slice the kale leavesHeat the oil on a high heat in a wok add 1/4 of the kale and deep-fry until crispy (approx 2 min) remove with slotted spoon and place on kitchen paper.
