|Chilled cucumber soup |cucumber mint|250 ml cold vegetable stock1 cucumber peeled and diced2 green onions chopped2 tablespoon fresh mint chopped1 tablespoon lemon juice500 mg greek yogurt|In a food processor purée the cucumber green onions chopped fresh mint.
