|Cavolo nero with pasta and pesto|cavolo nero tomatoes|300g pasta shape of choice300g cavolo nero shredded4 tablespoon pesto100g sun dried tomatoes chopped50g parmesan cheese grated|Cook the pasta in boiling water according to package directions. Drain and return to the pan.Meanwhile steam the cavolo nero for 5 minutes.
