|Broccoli with soy sauce and chilli||1 tablespoon soy sauce1 teaspoon sugarpinch of chilli flakessalt to taste1 tablespoon sesami seeds dry roast in a small pan1 garlic clove pulped250g broccoli split into florets|Steam the broccoli. White it cooks mix the other ingredients (except for the sesami seeds) together to make a sauce. Toss the cooked broccoli in the sauce and garnish with the dry roasted sesami seeds.
