|A simple delightful way to cook radishes|radish|2 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil450 g radishes cut into cubes60 ml rice wine or white wine vinegar1 onion diced60 ml water2 teaspoon honeysalt and pepper to taste|In a pan over medium heat heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Add radishes and onion and sautee for 2 minutesWhen the vegetables being to soften add vinegar and water.
