Yummy Tummies

This beautiful swede supper was sent in by a customer who loves the winter flavours of this earthy veg. It uses peanut butter, sesame and soy glaze to give swede bold asian flavours, then served over rice noodles. Other customers have shared their love for celeriac and we'll feature next week the yummy combinations you can make from that gnarly looking root.  What ugly veg do you love?
