
The Arch is alive with the smell of wild garlic! This is a bright spot in the veg calendar year and a real sign that we've crossed into spring. We have a bunch of recipe ideas for how to enjoy your wild garlic - and it will be in all bags in the coming weeks. If you have a stir-fry pack this week, you might find a wild garlic leaf or two in there as well.
What else does spring time bring? We hope a run of beautiful weather and warmer days for our enjoyment and for the farmers' fields because spring also means The Hungry Gap. This is an in-between time when the winter veg is finishing up, but the spring veggies aren't yet ready to harvest. We'll share more information about it in the coming week and look forward to navigating this interesting time.
